You cannot enter your account because you forgot password, or lost access to your email, or your phone broke down and you don't have the 2fa code anymore? No problem at all. We are here to help!

"I forgot my password" - in case the problem is forgotten password, but you have linked an email to your account, you can easily recover password through "Forgot Password" option.

You will just need to enter the email you verified on your account, and within minutes, recovery mail will arrive and you will just need to click in the link and set a new password.

In case you cannot do this, reach us on to [email protected] and we will assist you further in that email correspondence.


"I lost access to my email." - If, on the other hand, you lost access to the email set on your account, we would appreciate it if you would try to regain access to it yourself.

In case you are not able to do that, kindly send us an email to [email protected] from a new email you would like to have linked to your account and we will further help you there.


"I lost my 2fa code." - If you lost access to 2fa code, please contact us from the email linked to your account to [email protected] and we will initiate 2fa recovery procedure.


For each of the cases described above, we will ask you to provide us with some pieces of information related to that account, and if everything is alright, you will be able to access your account again within 48h.
