Multi-Flight tournaments consist of several stages but most of the time it is only two.
During the first stage, players have the option to register and play different tournaments called ‘Flight 1x’ (where ‘x’ can be A, B, C… depending on the number of first level flights available).
Players will only be able to qualify once to the Final stage but will have the option to re-enter Flights multiple times as long as they are not qualified for the Final stage.
Every Flight 1‘x’ tournament will be played until 18% of the player pool remains and remaining players will be automatically registered into the Final stage. The Final stage will gather all qualifiers from Flight 1’x’ tournaments who will keep their stack they have at the end of the first stage.
Examples:
Player 1 and Player 2 registered and played Flight 1A. Player 1 got eliminated, Player 2 qualified for the final stage. Player 1 will be able to register and play Flight 1B, whereas Player 2 will not be able to play any other Flight 1‘x’.
Player 3 registered and played Flight 1C. Player 3 qualified to the Final stage with a small stack and he would want to play another Flight to try to qualify with a bigger stack. Player 3 will not be able to play any other flight once qualified, it does not matter how big his stack is.
