How to make a withdrawal in Brazilian Reais (BRL) using the MuchBetter platform

To initiate a withdrawal from your account, you first need to have Level 2 (identity document) verification. You can use one of the documents listed below to verify your identity:

  • International Passport

  • National Identity Card - RG (both sides) issued within the last 10 years

  • Driver's License - CNH (both sides)

Please note that before making a withdrawal through a specific payment provider, you must have made a deposit using the same method.

To request your withdrawal, click on "Wallet", which can be found at the top of the screen next to your balance, and then click on "Withdraw".

Alternatively, you can also find it by clicking on the Account icon, then selecting "Wallet" and "Withdraw".

Once there, you will see the minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction.

By clicking on the Withdraw button, you will be presented with our payment options.


When selecting MuchBetter as your payment provider, you must use the same phone number registered in your MuchBetter account, and your name must be identical on both platforms (Stake and MuchBetter). If they are not the same, please contact support, and we will update it in our system for you.

Transactions are usually processed instantly, but in some cases, they may take up to 24 hours to be completed.

If your transaction is not completed within 24 hours, please contact our Support chat or email us at [email protected] for assistance.

Tip: You can access your withdrawal history by going to Account > Transactions > Withdrawals.
