In order to make your first withdrawal, you need to complete KYC Level 2 verification.

Before making a withdrawal using a specific payment method, you should have made a deposit using the same method prior to successful withdrawals.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Upload your identity document for KYC Level 2 verification.

*Make sure to upload one of the following documents:

  • International passport

  • National ID card ( both sides )

  • Driving license ( both sides )

2. Enter the amount to be withdrawn in the cashier and click on "Withdraw".

  • You will be directed to a 3rd party service that will allow you to withdraw with fiat currency selected.

3. You will be sent an email after initiating the withdrawal request. Locate the email with a title similar to: INTERAC e-Transfer: Payper Inc. has sent you money - Message: *******

4. Within that email, select your bank.

5. Log into your bank account if you are not automatically redirected.

6. You will receive a second email. Enter the Secret Answer which is found in the email titled: Here is some important information about your incoming Interac e-Transfer (SECRET ANSWER).

7. The funds will be deposited into your bank account.

Tip: If you can't find these emails, please enter the title in search in order to check your mailbox. Check junk/spam folders as well.

Interac transactions take up to 3 business days. Usually transactions are much faster, but in certain cases transactions can take up to 3 business days, weekends and public holidays are not included.
