To initiate a withdrawal from your account, you first need to have Level 2 (identity document) verification. You can use one of the documents listed below to verify your identity:
International Passport
National Identity Card - RG (both sides) issued within the last 10 years
Driver's License - CNH (both sides)
Please note that before making a withdrawal through a specific payment provider, you must have made a deposit using the same method.
To request your withdrawal, click on "Wallet", which can be found at the top of the screen next to your balance, and then click on "Withdraw".
Alternatively, you can also find it by clicking on the Account icon, then selecting "Wallet" and "Withdraw".
Once there, you will see the minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction.
By clicking on the Withdraw button, you will be presented with our payment options.
VCreditos
When selecting VCreditos as a payment provider, you will need to enter the withdrawal amount and input your 'VCreditos Username'. You can find this information in your VCreditos account on their website.
Reminder: The maximum withdrawal limit per transaction is R$4,000.00 BRL.
Transactions are usually processed instantly, but in some cases, they may take up to 24 hours to be completed.
