1. Email verification:
First step before trying to make a withdrawal is to make sure your email has been verified. Click here to see if it has been verified.
Once your email has been verified, refresh the page and you may now withdraw your funds.
2. Account wallet:
Go to your account wallet here.
Choose the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw.
Select your crypto network.
Enter the destination address (the address to which you want to receive your funds).
Input the desired amount you want to cash out.
You will then have to either put in your 2FA code, a code sent to your email or an OAuth verification.
NOTE: Every withdrawal has a minimum amount and also a fee which will be deducted directly from your balance. More info can be found here.
