Making a deposit via PIX

The first step to making a deposit in Brazilian Reais (BRL)

To make a deposit into your account, you need to have a verified email address.

To make your deposit, click on "Wallet", which can be found at the top of the screen next to your balance, and then click on "Deposit".

Alternatively, you can also find it by clicking on the Account icon, then selecting "Wallet" and "Deposit".

If your wallet is not showing the BRL currency, you can change it as shown in the figure below:

Once you click on the Deposit button, you will see details about minimum and maximum deposit values, and you will be presented with the payment providers as well.

We accept the following payment methods:


When selecting PIX as the payment method, you must use your CPF (Brazilian Individual Taxpayer Registry) as the PIX key. Deposits made using third-party CPFs will not be processed and will be refunded within 24 hours.

Please provide the amount you wish to deposit, your CPF, and click on "Deposit", as shown below:

You will be redirected to another page, where you must complete your transaction by scanning the QR code, or you can choose the "Pix Copy and Paste" option, and copy the code with the information present in the QR code. When copying this code, you can paste it using the "Pix Copy and Paste" functionality in the Pix option in your banking institution's application or via internet banking.

Remember: You have up to 3 hours to complete your transaction.

Tip: You can access your transaction history by going to "Account" > "Transactions" > "Deposits" > "Money".
