To initiate a withdrawal from your account, you first need to have Level 2 (identity document) verification. You can use one of the documents listed below to verify your identity:

  • International Passport

  • National Identity Card - RG (both sides) issued within the last 10 years

  • Driver's License - CNH (both sides)

Please note that before making a withdrawal through a specific payment provider, you must have made a deposit using the same method.

To request your withdrawal, click on "Wallet", which can be found at the top of the screen next to your balance, and then click on "Withdraw".

Alternatively, you can also find it by clicking on the Account icon, then selecting "Wallet" and "Withdraw".

Once there, you will see the minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction.

By clicking on the Withdraw button, you will be presented with our payment options.

PIX

When selecting PIX as your payment method, you will need to use your CPF (Brazilian Tax ID) as the PIX key.

  • You will be redirected to a third-party service that will authorize your withdrawal with the selected currency.

  • Fill in the amount to be withdrawn, and enter your CPF in the two fields provided, then click proceed.

  • Remember: You must add your CPF number and your PIX Key (remember your Pix key needs to be your CPF number).

Transactions are usually processed instantly, but in some cases, they may take up to 24 hours to be completed.

If your transaction is not completed within 24 hours, please contact our Support chat or email us at [email protected] for assistance.

Tip: You can access your withdrawal history by going to Account > Transactions > Withdrawals.
