Your transaction status should be updated within 75 minutes.
Please allow time for the deposit to be processed. If it has been more than 24 hours, please send a screenshot of the transaction receipt and the transaction ID to [email protected]
Transaction ID can be found on your deposit page, and it's the number on the right side of the page under the amount.
