Bank transfer deposits are processed through our payment processor's automated system.

Normally, it is very quick, but in some cases, it may take up to 24 hours to be processed.

In the following cases, please contact support with a screenshot of the transfer details that confirm the information at the time the transfer was made.

1. If your account has not been credited within 24 hours of the transfer;

2. If you made a transaction using a third party's account, and the amount has not been returned to that account. When getting in touch with us, please have the payment proof and personal information of that individual or the company's bank account if it was a transfer from a legal entity account.

3. If you have transferred funds without entering your Transaction ID in the "Name of the request" field.

Please make sure that the screenshot of the bank transfer details contains all of the following information:

  • Transaction date

  • Name of the request

  • Recipient (including bank name, branch name and account number)

  • Date of transfer

  • Amount to be transferred

If you do not have this information, please contact your bank.

Please understand that if you do not provide a screenshot of the deposit slip, the processing company will not be able to process the payment.

Tip: Once a transaction has been executed, Stake cannot cancel it.
