Closing Your Account

Stake provides the option to close your account indefinitely. An individual may opt to close their account for different reasons, perhaps does not find gambling entertaining anymore, or for any other personal reasons unrelated to problem gambling.

If you wish to close your account, you can do so by contacting our support team by navigating to the live chat feature in the bottom right corner of our home page, or emailing [email protected].

Submitting Your Request

  • Once submitted, a representative will assist you in closing your account indefinitely.

  • Stake will prohibit you from accessing your account, receiving bonuses and promotional material.

  • In the event you wish to reactivate your account in the future, note that this will be subject to a cooling off period of 24 hours.
