Self Exclusion

A self-exclusion tool allows you to suspend access to your account if you're at risk of developing a gambling problem or need a break from gambling activities.

Stake offers the following exclusion periods:

  • 6 months

  • 1 Year

  • 2 Years

  • 3 Years

  • 4 Years

  • 5 Years

  • 10 Years

  • Indefinite

The indefinite exclusion has a minimum period of 6 months from the application date. After the 6 months period has passed, your account can be considered for reactivation, subject to a formal return-to-play review. To initiate the review process, please contact our support team via email: support@stake.com

Setting a Self Exclusion:

  • Step 1 - Click on “Request Self Exclusion”.

  • Step 2 - Confirm the final period.

Defined period:

  • Your account will automatically reopen after the period has lapsed.

No activity during Self Exclusion:

  • Once the Self Exclusion is applied and takes effect, you won't be able to engage in any further activities on your account.
