If you are facing a problem with your withdrawal via Pix, we are here to provide an explanation and possible solutions.

In case you have not correctly entered your PIX key, this article will help you understand why the error occurs and what steps to take to resolve it.

Your transactions are being canceled with the reason: PIX - Key not registered. This means that you have not yet registered your CPF (Tax ID) as a PIX key in your bank account, which is mandatory and required for this type of transaction. The user may have different PIX keys, but for withdrawals on our platform, only the CPF is required as the PIX key.

If you are experiencing this issue, we recommend that you check with your bank about the registration of the PIX key (CPF) in your bank account to ensure the success of your transactions. Please note that when selecting PIX as the payment method, you must use your CPF as the PIX key.

Feel free to contact our support if you need any further information.
