If your transaction is listed as "Pending," it means that it is being processed by the payment provider.

It will be credited to your account as soon as the payment provider confirms the transaction, but unfortunately, we have to wait for their response.

The payment provider has a timeframe of up to 24 hours for transactions to be completed.

If your payment is not processed within 24 hours, please contact our live Support team.

Japanese Yen transactions usually take one day, but can take up to three business days, so if your withdrawal has not been reflected in your bank or Stake account after three business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), please contact stake support.
