If you have transferred less than the minimum deposit, your deposit will not be reflected.

Please contact our live support team with a screenshot of the payment receipt confirming the following information at the time of transfer for the refund request:

  • Transaction date

  • Withdrawal Account

  • Name of the request

  • Recipient (including bank name, branch name and account number)

  • Date of transfer

  • Amount to be transferred

If you do not have the proof of payment, please contact your bank.

Please follow the correct procedure for making a deposit, as it may take some time for the refund to be processed.
