When you make a deposit via fast bank transfer, Stake or the payment provider does not charge a fee, but your bank will add a fee due to the currency conversion rate because the payment provider settles in US dollars. The fee varies depending on the bank you use.
Some banks may also charge a transaction fee in addition to the exchange rate fee.
Deposits via fast bank transfer generally take 2-3 minutes to appear in your Stake account while normal bank transfers will take 1-3 working days. If you have made a transaction via fast bank transfer but the deposit is not reflected in your account, please contact support with proof of payment containing all of the following information:
Transaction date
Withdrawal Account
Name of the request
Recipient (including bank name, branch name and account number)
Date of transfer
Amount to be transferred
