If you are experiencing difficulties when attempting to deposit Japanese Yen via Bank Transfer, one of the below issues could be the reason why:

You have not completed Identity Verification Level 2, or you have submitted a document other than a Japanese passport or driver's license for Identity Verification Level 2.

In order to resolve this, please complete Identity Verification Level 2 using a Japanese passport or driver's license from the Identity Verification page located here.

You have entered a number that is different from the Japanese passport or driver's license number you used to make your first deposit.

Please double-check the number on your Japanese passport or driver's license that you submitted for Identity Verification Level 2.

You cannot proceed to the transfer details screen.

Please try a different network. If you still experience the same problem, please contact our live support team.

You receive the error message "Unusual activity detected".

Please contact our live support team with a screenshot of the screen.
