If you are experiencing difficulties when withdrawing Japanese Yen via Bank Transfer, one of the below issues may be the reason why:

You have not completed Identity Verification Level 2, or you have submitted a document other than a Japanese passport or driver's license for Identity Verification Level 2.

Please complete Identity Verification Level 2 using a Japanese passport or driver's license from the Identity Verification page located here

You entered a number different from the Japanese passport number or driver's licence number you used when you made your first deposit.

Please double-check the number on your ID card that you submitted at Identity Verification Level 2

You did not wager the amount deposited after depositing the Japanese yen.

Once you have deposited the Japanese yen, you must wager 100% of that amount or your withdrawal will be automatically restricted and you will not be able to withdraw until you have played the deposited amount.

If none of the above applies, please contact our live support team.
