If you are experiencing difficulties when attempting to withdraw Japanese Yen via Vega Wallet, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

You have reached the daily withdrawal limit.

Vega Wallet has a withdrawal limit of 5 withdrawals in a 24-hour period. Once you reach this limit, you will need to wait until the 24-hour period has been reset.

You have not completed Identity Verification Level 2, or you have submitted a document other than a Japanese passport or driver's license for Identity Verification Level 2.

Please complete Identity Verification Level 2 using a Japanese passport or driver's license from the Identity Verification page located here.

You have no deposit record with Vega Wallet.

Before you can withdraw to Vega Wallet, you must first make a deposit using the service.

You entered your Vega Wallet user ID incorrectly.

Once you have entered your Vega user ID incorrectly, you will not be able to proceed to the withdraw screen. In this case, please contact our live support team with a screenshot of your Vega account with your name and Vega ID (username).

You did not wager the amount deposited after depositing the Japanese Yen.

Once you have deposited the Japanese Yen, you must wager 100% of that amount or your withdrawal will be automatically restricted and you will not be able to withdraw until you have played the deposited amount.

If none of the above applies, please contact our live support team.
