If you are experiencing difficulties when attempting to deposit Japanese Yen via Vega Wallet, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

You have not completed Identity Verification Level 2, or you have submitted a document other than a Japanese passport or driver's license for Identity Verification Level 2.

Please complete Identity Verification Level 2 using a Japanese passport or driver's license from the Identity Verification page located here.

You do not yet have a Vega Wallet account.

You must create a Vega Wallet account before attempting to deposit using Vega Wallet.

You entered your Vega Wallet user ID incorrectly.

Once you have entered your Vega user ID incorrectly, you will not be able to proceed to the deposit screen. In this case, please contact our live support team with a screenshot of your Vega account with your name and Vega ID (username).

If none of the above applies, please contact our live support team.
