To initiate a withdrawal from your account, you first need to have Level 2 (identity document) verification. You can use one of the documents listed below to verify your identity:

  • Japanese Passport

  • Japanese Driver's License

To request your withdrawal, click on "Wallet", which can be found at the top of the screen next to your balance, and then click on "Withdraw".

Alternatively, you can also find it by clicking on the Account icon, then selecting "Wallet" and "Withdraw".

Once there, you will see the minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction.

By clicking on the Withdraw button, you will be presented with our payment options.

  1. On the Japanese Yen Withdrawal screen, select Bank Transfer, enter the amount to be withdrawn, your Japanese passport number or driver's license number, branch number, and account number then choose your bank from the list.

  2. On the first withdrawal screen, you will be asked to enter your name in KATAKANA. Please enter your name in full-width characters, with no lowercase letters.

Once a transaction has taken place, Stake cannot cancel it, so please make sure to withdraw funds to your own bank account.

Even if you have entered your bank account details incorrectly, you will not be able to cancel the transaction. Please wait until the money has been refunded to your Stake account.

Withdrawals by bank transfer can take up to three working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
