Can I delete my account?

While complete account deletion is not possible due to legal and compliance obligations, we understand that personal circumstances may change, prompting you to consider closing your account. Our legal framework requires us to retain certain data for regulatory and compliance purposes, which prevents the full deletion of account information.

However, we do offer account closure. Once your account is closed, it will become inaccessible, you will no longer be able to use any services on our platform, and you will be removed from all marketing communications.
If you are looking for a defined period of restriction or indefinite exclusion, Break-In-Play and Self-Exclusion are also options available to you.
